Observerships can be offered in any area.
Doing an observership after completing a VAMED course or program allows healthcare professionals to immediately see how the know-how they learned can be put into practice.
Program Description
Observerships, taking place at a VAMED facility or at one of the hospitals/clinics of the VAMED inter-national partner network, are programs that allow healthcare professionals to observe the most up-to-date procedures and learn specific skills. An expert or team of experts in that field accompanies observers to ensure their learning goals are met. Observerships are very practice-oriented, as they enable observers to see how certain procedures, processes, etc. are done in real scenarios and in real time. They also are able to exchange views and knowledge with colleagues in their field.
